How to Cancel a Vizcept Subscription

1. Sign in and open Settings → Billing.
2. Click Manage Subscription and Billing. This opens Stripe's billing page for your account.
3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

That's it — no email or form needed. If the Billing page won't open, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will cancel it for you.

• You keep your plan until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again.
• Subscription credits are issued monthly and each batch lasts 30 days. Unused credits do not carry over.
• The figures you made are yours. Download the full-resolution files you still need before the period ends; after that, downloads are watermarked previews again.
• You can come back any time; a new subscription starts a new billing period.

No. A credit pack is a single payment. It never renews and never turns into a subscription.

Under our refund policy:

• Yearly plans: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first payment and have used no more than 5% of the included credits.
• Monthly plans: you can cancel any time, but the unused part of a month is not refunded pro rata.

To ask, use Request Refund on the Billing page or email [email protected] with your account email and the date of the charge. We reply within 3–5 business days; approved refunds reach your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

• A thesis or a one-off paper: a credit pack. You pay once, the credits last a year, and nothing renews after you submit.
• Figures every week, or a full semester of coursework: a monthly plan. More credits per dollar, and you can cancel when the term ends.
• Students and teachers: you can apply for an education discount — 40% off for students and 20% off for teachers, for 12 months.
