Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the two tracks?

The institutional track needs one public page on your institution's website and gives 150 credits a month. The community track needs posts on 3 different public platforms and gives 90 credits a month. Both last up to 12 months and unlock watermark-free, 4K and SVG downloads while active.

Is this a subscription discount?

No. The program adds credits to your account every month and unlocks paid download features while it is active. It does not create, change or cancel any subscription, and you never enter a card.

When do I get the credits?

Right after approval, then every 30 days. If we can confirm the link on your page automatically, approval is instant; otherwise we review your page by hand, usually within 2 business days. Each month's credits are valid for 30 days.

What happens if I remove the link?

Before each monthly grant we check that the link is still there. If it is missing on several checks in a row, the program pauses until the link is back.

Can I apply for both tracks, or use the same page on several accounts?

No. Each account can hold one application, and each page URL can belong to only one account.

Does the link have to be dofollow?

No. Any clickable link counts, including the nofollow links that LinkedIn, Medium and YouTube add automatically.
